Registration Terms and Conditions
Registering for the 14th International Aluminium Recycling Congress is subject to a fee which varies depending on how early you register (see table below).
Registration fees are payable in advance by bank transfer.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment of the registration fee.
Registration Fees are presented below in EUR with 20% UK VAT included.

- Onsite registration is possible from 7 February 2017 (cash only)
Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees. The bank transfer must clearly state the name of the congress and the name of the participant, as unidentified bank transfers cannot be processed. Account details will be provided during the registration process and in the confirmation email.
Visit of the Hydro Aluminium Deeside Ltd plant
An additional fee applies in case of registration to the visit (VAT included).
- Early bird (until 18 November 2016) : 50€
- Regular fee: 70€
Security clothing will be provided to access the plant. You are invited to provide your clothes size in the following Profile Details Form.
Visitors must wear their own sturdy closed footwear and your arms and legs must be covered.
Remark: Original invoices will be sent within 30 days of reception of the payment.
If you are unable to attend the 14th International Aluminium Recycling Congress, and you wish to nominate a substitute participant, please send an email to email@example.com.
You will receive a cancellation email and the new participant will receive an invitation letter.
No further changes can be made after 30 January 2017.
Registration Cancellation policy
Registrations can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or proof of payment. Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to 31 December 2016 to firstname.lastname@example.org, to qualify for a full refund minus a 130€ administration fee, which is non-refundable.
Until 23 January 2017 the cancellation charge will be 50% of the fee, and thereafter 70%.
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate will be accepted with the same registration terms. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, timing and venue. In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, European Aluminium does not accept any responsibility for any travel and/or accommodation costs or consequential losses incurred. We therefore recommend that you foresee appropriate insurance coverage.
Accommodation cancellation policy
Request to cancel your hotel booking must be submitted in writing to email@example.com and is subject to the following conditions:
- Cancelling up to 52 weeks and 39 weeks prior to the arrival date 10% of the total cost will be charged
- Cancelling up to 39 weeks and 26 weeks prior to the arrival date 25% of the total cost will be charged
- Cancelling up to 26 weeks and 8 weeks prior to the arrival date 50% of the total cost will be charged
- Cancelling up to 8 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the arrival date 75% of the total cost will be charged
- Cancelling less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date 90% of the total cost will be charged
